Holiday Season & Festive Cakes 11/02/2009
Thanksgiving and Christmas is right around the corner. Everyone's enthused about seeing their Uncle Jim who makes all of the jokes at the table but if it's anything like my family, you have that loud mouth relative that doesn't know when to shut up and then there's that too familiar sound...awkward silence. What better way to kill that loud pause that seems like forever than with a great cake? From Nov. 1 - January 1, The Cake Monologues is making those classic holiday cakes, as well as some festive cakes. Maybe you want a gingerbread loaf or a sweet potato pumpkin cake drenched in a nice coating of a cinnamon vanilla cream? Maybe cake is just too much? A dozen of our luscious red velvet muffins with that sweet cream cheese frosting with sprinkles may do the trick? Contact Latoya @ the Cake Monologues today! Email me, Facebook me, call me during business hours at 347/907-5612 or grab me if you see me in the street and demand some cake (well, let's not do that). Hope to hear from you soon!
